Christmas is around the corner and Christmas carols have infiltrated my music playlist. One stood out the most this Christmas with me celebrating at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL).
“On my first day of Christmas, CBTL gave to me……”
A teddy bear in the Christmas tree
Every year Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf spread Christmas cheer by inviting their customers to join in the spirit of giving. This year, full proceeds of the sales of this special Christmas bear will benefit the Singapore Children’s Society.
At SGD$5 each, you can bring the bear home for your true love or donate this little beary love to the Singapore Children’s Society by hanging it on the Christmas tree in Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlets.
“On the second day of Christmas, CBTL gave to me….”
Two Christmas Party Packs / Cupcakes
If you prefer small bites, cupcakes and little cake bites are the way to go! No need to cut those cakes and each little cake comes with a dust of snow from the north pole or a little Christmas mistletoe decoration bringing in those festive cheer.
A mixture of stollen, fruitcake, apple cream puff, noisette. 20 pcs in a pack.
Retail: SGD$45, Online SGD$35
A mix of apple, banana, chocolate , cranberry and blueberry cupcakes. 20 cupcakes in a pack.
Retail: SGD$45, Online SGD$35
“On the third day of Christmas, CBTL gave to me…”
3 mystery drinks ~
Not really that mysterious… I was invited by CBTL for a mini Blogger Christmas Party and we tasted 3 types of Christmas drinks.
A. Iced Blended Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle: Light creamy chocolatey~
B. Iced Blended Double Chocolate Peppermint: Love the smooth rich chocolate!
C. Peppermint Stick Latte: Hint of chamomile tea taste with peppermint. Not my favourite.
“On the fourth day of Christmas, CBTL gave to me…”
4 Crazy friends….
Managed to meet up with my precious babes and got to meet Tony aka Johorkaki in person after chatting so long online!!
“On the fifth day of Christmas, CBTL gave to me…”
5 yummy Christmas cakes!
Apple and Peach Chantilly Log Cake
1.3 kg, Retail: SGD$50, Online: SGD$40
Fresh peach and refreshing apple filling encased in a light vanilla swiss roll coated with light vanilla chantilly cream.
This is my favourite. Breaking away from the traditional chocolate log cake, the mixture of the peach and apple is light and airy, just like the first layer of powdery snow of December.
Classic Log Cake
1.3kg, Retail: SGD$49, Online: SGD$39.
600g, SGD$35
A whirl of dark chocolate mousse encased in a light vanilla Swiss roll coated with rich dark chocolate ganache.
Highly recommend to let this cake melt in room temperature for a couple of hours. Let the outer layer of ganache melt into a semi-liquid chocolate and this cake soaks up the chocolate. Heavenly.
Blueberry Noisette
1.6kg. Retail: SGD$55, Online: SGD$45
Brownie filled with blueberry and rich dark chocolate ganache
Brownie lovers will love this. The dense brownie soaks up the sweet blueberry filling and top with rich dark chocolate ganache. Intense dark chocolate flavours. Also recommend to let this cake sit outside for a couple of hours to allow the ganache chocolate to melt to obtain the best texture and taste.
Santa’s Gingerbread House
800g. Retail: SGD$45, Online: SGD$35
Warm, fragrant, spiced gingerbread decked with a sweet load of candies, chocolate candies and jelly sweets.
Who doesn’t like a gingerbread house?!?! This gingerbread is flavourful and not too overly spicy. Love it!
Cranberry Panettone
500g, Retail: SGD$48, Online: SGD$38.
Traditional Italian holiday bread filled with cranberries, nuts and citrus orange.
Great for Christmas morning breakfast. no. Great for ANY breakfast. It’s Christmas everyday.. and I love cranberries. Nuff’ said.
“4 crazy friends,
3 mystery drinks,
2 Christmas party packs,
A Christmas Bear
PLUS a Santa Claus workshop in my log cake tree!!!”
At the mini blogger event, we had a cake decorating contest.
My concept of the decoration was a Santa Claus Workshop inside a Giant Christmas Tree, so the back view is a giant Fir tree / hill and the other side was the inside of an overflow Santa claus workshop.
It was a shame we didn’t win though.
The cake below was the winning entry.

That picture is Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Log Cake! Classic Log cake is the one with stars on top 🙂
I personally prefer the classic log cake too!
Oh wow those cakes look amazing especially the 20 x Christmas Cupcakes! What a lovely gesture by CBTL! 🙂 Simone x
Lots of sweetie-sweet stuff for Christmas! I mean, the sweetest you prepare for Christmas season, your life will be sweeter all throughout the new year. These party packs are wonderful gifts for Christmas indeed.
Everything looks so yummy with a taste of Christmas 🙂 maybe i should come visit CB soon!! =)
So cute Christmas gifts. I love what CBTL gave on the fifth day. I go crazy with cakes.
I love how the marketing team of CBTL came up with the 5 Days of CBTL Christmas theme. I tried singing it and it actually works! The cakes/sweets look very delicious. I hope these would be available here in the Philippines too! I particularly craved for the Chritsmas Party Packs! 😀
I wrote that! Not cbtl…..
i like CBTL! Unfortunately, it’s not as accessible to me now as it had been. I’m not sure if we have those special Christmas treats locally, but if we do, would really be great to take our kids there then, even if it means a long long long walk from here. And I mean…looooooong walk!
Nice to know that they also support good causes in their Singapore branches. Here in the Philippines, they support a youth program affiliated with our church. 🙂
Tia the season of giving… ita nice to know their community social responsibility isnt limited to just Singapore!
I like the 5 days of Christmas concept by CBTL. I was really overwhelmed seeing all this Christmas treats from CBTL as it all look so tasty.
Thank you! I came up with it. 😀
Oh I wish they had such a fun event in Penang ! 🙁 but nevertheless , love your pictures !
Thank you!
Those treats look so good! i wish they offered those, cupcakes, bars, and Christmas logs here too!! All we have here are the Christmas drinks. huhu. The event looks so much fun though!
It’s only a matter of time, Phyliciamarie.. sometimes its just takes more effort in planning from their team.
Oh man all of these treats are looking mighty fine! I love how they are right in with the Christmas spirit and the little bear is especially great. I am sure these little guys will make many kiddos happy this year 🙂
I didn’t know CBTL celebrated Christmas like this! Can’t believe I’ve never tried dropping by! :O
That’s what us bloggers do.. we bring yoi the highlights so you can have the advantage to know!
My gosh!!! This is awesome~~ Even Christmas still not here yet, i can feel the atmosphere already…
What a great fiesta of desserts and more. I wish I were there. I’ll take one of each.
Wow! Sweettooth overload! I hope you had won the contest. Did you study baking? I think making such an art is really hardwork. 🙂
Unfortunately, I didn’t win it… oh well.. its down to popularity vote and I guess I’m not popular… lol.
It has not dawned on me that it’s already Christmas, until I’ve read this. Great Christmas for the sweet tooth. 😀 I wish I could give my mom some. Is it even in here? Hmmm…
I guess there will be a little Christmas everywhere. Just gotta listen for the sleigh bells!
